Universal Medica Group innovation since 2024: Social Commitment Day
As a group, our impact goes beyond our professional activities. We have a responsibility to act for a more united and sustainable future.
The concept of the Day of Social Commitment: it’s an opportunity for everyone to get involved in collective actions in favor of social or societal causes. Volunteer employees select an association of their choice or a personal project dedicated to CSR, and devote at least one day to it. This day is counted as a day worked, and therefore paid.
It’s an opportunity to highlight a form of commitment and encourage everyone to become a volunteer!
The little extra? Everyone’s commitments and projects are recorded and recognized by the company and its managers.

Social inclusion is an essential part of CSR
At Universal Medica Group, we believe in welcoming everyone.
What’s more, our training courses and premises are accessible to motor-impaired and mobility-impaired personnel or people with reduced mobility. Some of our training courses are accessible to people with hearing or visual impairments.
