Tutors need to monitor the progress and results of their teams. To this end, we have created a dashboard giving a quick overview of key progress indicators for each training course, with access, if required, to full assessment tables and individual evaluation sheets. The tutor can also be a learner.

The Learner (or employee needing training) has access to a personal dashboard, displaying information concerning him or her, such as the status and schedule of training courses, his or her level of progress, and downloadable supporting documents (certificates and attestations). Within each course, visual elements inform the user of his progress in the course (cursor, and markers for the rate of screen reading, pictograms for the presence of tests…). Other information is displayed via a system of notifications and reminders, as well as by e-mail.

The Training Manager can manage access to learners and training sessions, and validate content before it goes online. This user has access to monitoring indicators, in particular to identify possible areas for improvement on training courses: success rate for each evaluation questionnaire, automatic e-mail alert in the event of failure or non-signature, etc.

The Designer can design, build and integrate the training course independently or with the support of our IT services.
